Where We Come From
New Earth was established in 1997 in San Antonio, TX. It started with a need to provide waste solutions to local organic waste producers. At the same time, New Earth was able to provide quality soil, mulch, compost, and more from that organic waste. For more than 20 years, New Earth has leveraged technology and experience to create value for millions of customers.
New Earth is a sustainability leader in Texas, providing superior products and excellent service. From large municipalities with multiple waste streams to a single potted plant in a window sill, New Earth has solutions to fit every need. The best part about New Earth is our team, which treats each customer with the same Texas hospitality as the next.
Fundraising
If your organization needs money, we can help!
New Earth products will help any lawn or garden grow lush and beautiful. If your nonprofit is looking for a great way to raise extra money, there is no better way than to help your community create a green, healthy landscape.
The New Earth Fundraiser program is designed to assist local groups, nonprofits, or 501(c)(3) organizations to raise funds and better serve their mission. New Earth provides select bagged products at a discount to your team to sell in your communities and networks. Our team of professionals will be happy to offer you and your team the guidance needed to help raise the most funds possible for your organization.
Retail Customers
Homeowners, landscapers, and more can buy directly from New Earth’s retail yard from our line of bulk and bagged products. Our team can also deliver products straight to your home or project site with our large network of dump trucks and 18-wheelers. Retail customers can also take advantage of our other services:
- Brush Recycling (No root balls or palm tree trunks)
- Lumber Recycling (No painted, treated, pressed, or particleboard)
New Earth is proud to give a 10% military discount for bulk and bagged items from our retail yard!
Municipalities
Cities and companies all over Texas are faced with an increasing need to recycle organic waste and divert it from landfills. New Earth is solving these complex waste issues for cities and companies across the state. New Earth utilizes many techniques to recycle organic waste. Composting is a proven method of reducing waste and reducing landfill space at the same time.
New Earth successfully composts for municipalities and solves the problems of multiple departments handling a number of waste streams. With our strategically located compost facilities, New Earth may be closer than traditional landfills. These locations can help your city save money on fuel, disposal fees, and time. Our team regularly composts programs food waste, vegetable waste, agricultural manures, Class B-Biosolids, brush, leaves, untreated wood by-products, and many organic liquids.

How Accurate is your Supplier?
In the past, a business that sells products by volume instead of weight has encountered a common question, “How do you know that volume is accurate” or a common statement, “That doesn’t look like 50 cubic yards”. Proving these could be difficult, and in the end, cost the supplier and end-user time and money. New Earth has found the answer.
Volumetric Scanning
We searched for a way that would allow us to accurately track inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods. We were the second company in the nation to invest and install a cutting-edge volumetric scanning system at each of our facilities. The system stores electronic images of each of our trucks and trailers, and when full of material, the voids are calculated giving us a volume measurement in cubic yardage.
This has revolutionized the way we do business. We can ensure that our customers receive and pay for what they order, and has increased our inventory accuracy. By using New Earth, you can be supplied with confidence.
