Compost

Manure Compost
Premium manure based compost is mature and tested:
- Produced from animal manure as the nitrogen source and sawdust as the carbon source. The manure is mainly poultry manure due to local sourcing.
- This product is blended to the proper ratio of carbon to nitrogen and allowed to start the composting process. Through proper time and temperature intervals, the pile is flipped and composted until maturity is reached.
- Great for flower bed or garden amendment and can be screened to your specification.
- Bed/Garden top dress: apply around ½ to 1 inch evenly over existing garden to amend the soils
- Lawn top dressing: apply between ¼ to ½ inch evenly working it down into the grass and water in
- New sod installation apply between ¼ to ½ inch evenly and till in

Mushroom Compost

- This is a mature mushroom compost.
- We blend pasteurized mushroom substrate with a carbon source, composting on-site to create a stable, mature compost.
- This product gives you all of the benefits without the smell of the raw product.
- Great for topdressing, amending a bed, or using in a soil blend for vegetable gardens.

- Humus compost is generally lower in nutrients than the other compost because it is not actively composted with a catalyst such as bio-solids or manure.
- Usually, this product is a static pile composted and allowed to break down naturally over a very long period of time.
- pH is usually 6.0 to 7.5 and has a very low salt content.

Landscaper's Mix
A blend of bio-solids compost, and humus with a little sandy loam.
- One of the most nutrient-rich compost New Earth manufactures.
- Seal of Testing Assurance Certified product guarantees a product that meets specific standards to ensure quality, maturity, and performance.
- Ideal for blending into soils to make a bedding mix where some aeration is needed for root systems and drainage.
- pH usually ranges from 6.5 to 7.5

Garden Soil

- New Earth Garden Soil is a blend of manure compost, humus compost, and coarse sand.
- Ideal for your in-ground garden or a raised bed backyard garden.
- The ingredients are blended as to provide good permeation and aeration for a healthy root system and successful garden.
- This product contains no bio-solids.

Topsoil

- Topsoil is the upper, outermost layer of soil, and it has the highest concentration of organic matter and microorganisms. This topsoil is an excellent all-around soil, good for laying turf, starting turf from seed, or planting beds.
- It is a blend of topsoil and sandy loam.
- It provides great aeration in beds and works well for environmental re-vegetation. Some residual sand is present that helps with drainage.

Enriched Topsoil

Enriched Topsoil
- Enriched Topsoil is manufactured using New Earth U.S. Composting Council’s certified STA tested compost and a screened sandy loam topsoil.
- Each product is screened through a ½” screen and blended together to create the enriched topsoil.
- The compost used in this blend usually has a C:N ratio below 20:1 and a soluble salt content below <2.5 dS/m with organic matter between 40% to 60%.
- The pH of the current enriched topsoil samples is testing from 6.0 to 7.0. Approved equals will be considered.

Rose/Azalea Mix

- A premium quality potting mix specially formulated for roses and other plants that prefer acidic growing conditions, such as gardenias, camellias, azaleas, rhododendrons, magnolias, and pieris.
- This mix is ideal for all roses and acid-loving plants in pots. It will also help to improve the soil in a rose garden.

Mulch

Composted Mulch
- Composted Mulch is an aged mulch product. We use no colorant, ash, or dye in the process. The composted mulch is also known as a living mulch because we actually put finished compost back into the blend.
- This product is usually around a 60/40 blend of composted overs and finished compost, although we can customize this blend to meet their specific needs.
- Works great to add some organic matter, beneficial microbes, and nutrients back into a bed all while mulching at the same time.

Pine Bark Mulch

Pine Bark Mulch is produced from bark that we receive from de-barking operations in sawmills. Once the bark is received, we further process with grinders, and screens to make an aesthetically pleasing bark product that can be used to mulch flowerbeds or containers.
Works great for moisture retention, and can actually help buffer the pH for those acid loving plants.

Pea Gravel
- Expanded Shale is pH neutral, porous, lightweight and reusable.
- It helps increase fruit and flower yield, quality, and quantity while accelerating blooming and maturing. Pellets drain freely without holding excess water.
- Expanded Shale provides high oxygen levels around the root, especially useful to drain hydroponic systems.
- If you like hydroton stomes or leca stones, you will love this product.

River Rock

- River Rock is great for use as ground cover, on pathways or in the bottom of a water feature. The decorative stone will help retain moisture in soil and help prevent erosion.
- It is easy to spread and can be used to accent landscaping or add contrast to a garden. Small stones can be used for erosion control or on unstable embankments.
Kiddie Cushion

Kiddie Cushion
Kiddie Cushion is an Engineered Wood Fiber (EWF) specifically designed for use on playgrounds and play-scape areas. Kiddie Cushion is made from virgin wood sourced from local, lumber mills. Kiddie Cushion does not contain recycled or painted wood, chemically treated wood, or pallets. Most of the Kiddie Cushion is less than 1.5 inches in length. However, this product does contain 10-20% wood fines to aide with compaction. This product is certified through the International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA). New Earth’s Kiddie Cushion is also certified to meet the ASTM-F2075-15, ASTM-F1292-18, and ASTM-F3351-19e1 standards and tested by TÜV SÜD America.
