Denali leaders honored as Top Women in Grocery

We’re proud to share that our own Elmira Abbaspour and Amy Alexander have been recognized by Progressive Grocery as being among the Top Women in Grocery. 

For 20 years, Progressive Grocer recognizes women whose careers reflect long-term influence and transformation in the industry – women who’ve helped shape the evolution of the grocery industry through resilience, growth and dedication. 

These female leaders are honored for their extraordinary commitment to the food retail and grocery industry, as well as wholesalers, suppliers and service providers who push boundaries, lead with integrity, and uplift their communities. 

Elmira, our Executive Vice President of Sales, and Amy, our Senior Director of Sales, have led by example and hard work – demonstrating not only Denali’s core values every day, but putting our customers first and delivering on sustainability programs that work for customers of all sizes. 

Both have made significant contributions to our company, including Elmira’s implementing a robust sales program to help elevate our team’s performance and improve collaboration across the organization. Amy has shaped our outstanding focus on serving our customers and putting their needs first. She also helped design Denali’s animal feed recovery program.
