I’ve just signed my agreement. What happens now?

Our team is actively working on your account setup. We will reach out shortly to finalize your details and get your program running smoothly.

When will I receive my first invoice?

Your billing cycle begins after your equipment is delivered and your regular service officially starts. You will not be charged during the initial setup and routing phase. Once your service is active, you will receive your invoices based on your agreed terms, and you will soon be able to manage them directly through our upcoming Customer Portal.

How do I manage my account or make requests?

We are launching a new Customer Portal soon! This tool will allow you to manage your account, track pickups, request support, and view your sustainability impact metrics.

When will my recycling equipment arrive?

We will coordinate directly with your team to determine the best time for equipment delivery and to finalize your pickup schedule.

Do you provide training for my staff?

Yes! We want to make sure your program is a success from the very beginning. Our onboarding support team will provide guidance and training so your staff knows exactly what organic materials can go into the bins. Your equipment will also be outfitted with QR codes providing content that reinforces this training.
