Our Story
About Wallace Farms
Our Story
The Wallace family started farming this land in 1863, growing crops and raising livestock. In 1945, we started a dairy operation and shortly after, added a poultry operation. In the 1960s, we added composting to the existing crop, dairy and poultry operations, growing to our current level in the early 1990s.
The next generation is now here! Wallace Farms joined the Denali family in the spring of 2025. We joined its network of composting sites across the U.S., supporting sustainable compost, soil and mulch production.
